We are WADD, know that getting our 'complains' or feedback to the right channel is essential so that someone can react to the issue. 

There are 3 Apps, yes available in both Apple Store and Google Playstore, to lodge all your feedback.

#1: TaliKhidmat

Through this app, you can 'complain' or feedback to any 12 divisions throughout the whole of Sarawak.

Using this TaliKhidmat app, you can either register yourself or lodged your 'complains' without registering. It's only a 2-step complain app! 
Step 1: Click on My Feedback
Step 2: Fill in all the blank on your feedback. 
Step 3: After done, you will be given a case ID. Record down your case ID.

To check your complain/ feedback, simply follow the following steps.

Alternatively, if you prefer to SMS to report your case, you can just SMS to 62999. Send text starting with <555999 submit "problem" "location">.

To check your report, send a text to 62999 starting with <555999 status "case-ID">.

#2: iPeople

iPeople is currently used in Kuching and Serian only. This app is straightforward, intuitive, yet detailed your complaint. We suppose it is easier to assign the appropriate authorities to fix the complaints.

Follow the following steps to lodge your complaint/ feedback.

Step 1: Click on "Submit Case". 

Step 2: Allow iPeople to access your location. Else you can manually pinpoint the location.

  • Removing animal carcass
  • Grass cutting
  • Hawker/Premises/Entertainment Outlet 
    Illegal dumping
  • Illegal extension/ constructions
    Maintenance of drains
  • Maintenance of landscaped area/ parks
  • Maintenance of town & outlying shophouses
    Obstruction
  • Public health nuisance
    Rates, property & payment
  • Road name/ signboard & lines
  • Stray animals
    Traffic light maintenance
#3: SEB Cares

If you have a problem with electricity, you may directly report via SEB Cares app. The only downside is you need to register to report the problem. Other than that, it is a relatively simple app to use. 

Step 1: Register or log in 

Step 2: Click "Make a report"

Step 3: Fill in the problem accordingly
