A food blogger from Hong Kong has taken this curiosity into reality. She said, someone brought back home a pack of edible straw and nobody from her family has used it. At that moment, she decided to cook the edible straw just for experimenting. The result, a bowl of noodles that’s thick and white, has a slippery texture and she said, the taste is quite bland. To take things further, she then added dumplings and fishballs into the cooked straw and it does indeed look like your typical noodle meal.
